Resident Satisfaction Survey
Residents were asked to complete a resident satisfaction survey in November2016. Thirteen residents completed the survey.
The results of the survey are very positive with overall satisfaction of the service being graded as either excellent or very good.
Comments including "a great deal of thought has gone into providing activities for the residents and the relaxed atmosphere adds a great deal to the pleasure of living here" and "the gardens and summer houses are a great joy during good weather to be able to sit inside or out"
